Step 1: Bag Up Your Laundry
You don't need to sort anything. You don't need a special bag. Just toss your laundry into a laundry bag, hamper, or whatever you've got and bring it in.
If you have specific instructions — cold water only, no fabric softener, delicates to be handled separately — just let us know when you drop off. We'll make a note of it.
Step 2: Drop It Off at 278 Pocasset Ave
Swing by our laundromat at 278 Pocasset Ave, Providence, RI 02909. We're open daily from 8AM to 8PM.
Drop your bag off at the counter. We'll weigh it, note any special instructions, and give you an estimated pickup time.
Drop off by 2PM → Ready same day.
If you come in after 2PM, your order will be ready the next day. We'll let you know either way.
Step 3: We Get to Work
Once your laundry is checked in, our team takes it from there:
- Sorting — we separate lights, darks, and delicates
- Washing — using quality detergent in the right water temperature for each load
- Drying — thoroughly, on appropriate heat settings
- Folding — neatly, so everything comes back organized and ready to put away
Your laundry stays with your order the entire time. We don't mix bags.
Step 4: You Pick It Up (or We Deliver)
Once your order is ready, come pick it up at the same location. We'll have your clean, folded laundry bagged and waiting.

How Does Wash and Fold Laundry Service Handle Special Items?
Great question. A few things worth knowing:
- Delicates: Let us know and we'll treat them accordingly — typically cold wash, low heat dry or air dry
- Heavily soiled items: We'll do our best, but extreme stains aren't always guaranteed to come out (same as if you washed them yourself)
- Large items like comforters: These can usually be handled — ask when you drop off
What If I Need to Add More?
If you drop off one bag and realize you forgot a pile of towels — no worries. You can bring a second bag. Just note it's an add-on to your existing order.
Is My Laundry Kept Separate from Other People's?
Yes. Your bag is tagged and stays together throughout the entire process. We're not tossing everyone's clothes into one giant washer. Your order is your order.
What Does Wash and Fold Cost?
Drop-off wash and fold starts at $20 minimum at Ready Wash Go. For most people, a week's worth of laundry comes in well above that — but the $20 minimum means even a small load works.
If you want full pickup and delivery included, that's a $40 minimum.
